Christian LeRouzic

Director of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) Drone Services

Christian LeRouzic is a distinguished military officer with over two decades of service. A 2000 graduate of Rutgers University, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Valley Forge Military Academy and College. He was commissioned in May 1997 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps Early Commissioning Program at Valley Forge Military Academy and College.

Throughout his early career, Christian has held various leadership positions, ranging from Tank Platoon Leader to Scout Platoon Leader. He deployed to the Horn of Africa, where he served as the Executive Officer for a Joint Security Force at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Shortly thereafter, he assumed the role of Commander, overseeing the security of the entire camp. Christian was later assigned to the Army Reserve Training Division, where he took on more senior key roles, including Security Manager, Operations Officer, and Brigade Deputy Commander. In a concurrent capacity, he served as the Simulation Operations Officer, where he developed and managed mission command training for Battalion and Brigade-level formations. His efforts led to over 55 Command Post Exercises, training thousands of Soldiers.

In a subsequent assignment, Christian served as the Chief of the Assistance Division for the Army Reserve’s Inspector General (IG) Office providing IG support to a community of over 200,000 personnel, including more than 10,000 full-time Soldiers, 3,000 Department of the Army civilians, and their families.

Christian’s military education includes the Armor Officer Basic Course, Simulations Operations Course, Logistics Captains Career Course, Command and General Staff Officer Course, Army Knowledge Management Course, Advanced Operations Course, Joint and Combined Warfighting School-Hybrid, and The Inspector General School.

His awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (4 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Commendation Medal (4 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal w/Mobilization Device, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon. Alson, Christian was honored with the prestigious Order of St. George – Bronze Medallion, recognizing his exceptional tactical and technical competence as an Armored Leader and his contributions to the Mounted Force.
