A retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major (E-9), Adrian has a deep understanding of federal contracting regulations, leveraging his military background to drive mission-focused, cost-effective solutions. His leadership at ND3Inc is instrumental in expanding the Company’s footprint within the public sector, delivering high-quality services, and positioning ND3inc as a trusted partner for government clients.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Minor in Business Management, along with various certifications that enhance his expertise in government contracting and business operations. His dedication to excellence has earned him notable recognition, including:
