Beyond individual and small-unit training, our Constructive Simulations allow us to integrate Live and Virtual elements to develop comprehensive Command Post Exercises (CPXs). These exercises are designed to align with a commander’s training objectives, providing decision-makers with realistic scenarios that test their ability to plan, coordinate, and execute operations effectively.
Our team has extensive expertise in utilizing the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) framework, ensuring that exercises are meticulously planned from initial concept development to full execution.
With a combined total of 50 years of relevant experience, our team has successfully planned and executed exercises across the full spectrum of military operations. From Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) to Consequence Management and Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA), we have the knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality training in diverse operational contexts.
